Polar Ride and Memphis Marathon

Day 1
The ride down was cold and trying we had to stop every 50 miles or so to warm up but after 10 hours we pulled into Memphis.

Day 2

The Race was cold but sunny and even after having to take 3 weeks off in my training due to calf problems I still managed a 3:45. Lots of great sights on the run, The Zoo, Sun Studios, and Beale St. Packed with spectators.

In order to make up for the frigid ride we went to a couple of very nice restaurants.

Day 3
Warmer Day Awesome ride home. Kim rode home in a friends car. I took the bike solo. Had Lunch at Lamerts (the thrown roll place) and then sucked down energy drinks to stay awake the rest of the ride home.

For Nothing will be impossible with God.
